MY STORY
My background is B.SC. in process and chemical engineering, in addition to leadership training through Harvard Online Academy.Ā I have worked with process design and operations for offshore and onshore process facilities for almost 20 years. In these years I have worked in roles as Engineer, Operations Manager, HSSEQ Officer, Sustainability Ambassador and HSE & Sustainability Manager.Ā
This has given me a solid background in operational and technical safety, and sustainability. I have experienced hands on the challenges of building HSE culture and gained valuable experience in team building and sustainable business leadership. My professional passion is building teams and organizations through employee involvement and empowerment.Ā My personal passion is Rallycross.Ā
